Biography

Mongezi Ramalivha studied at the North West University where he obtained his BA Law degree and LLB. During his years of study, Mongezi was elected and served as President of Law Student Council and later served in the Student Representative Council (SRC).

Mongezi has previous work experience from two leading law firms in the country where he amassed considerable and valuable experience in litigation and commercial dispute resolution.

He is a seasoned litigator, deal maker and transaction advisor within various industries. Mongezi’s practice covers a full spectrum of advisory and litigation services with considerable experience in corporate law, mining law, competition and commercial law. 

 

Mongezi advises several entities including listed entities in several disciplined including the fields corporate governance. He assists his  corporate clients to maintain legal health in coping with the dictates of the regulatory environment within which businesses operate.

 

Mongezi has a Right of Appearance in the High Court.

Prior to joining Attorna, John worked in the UK of an international law firm.
